worked on liquid fueled rockets (he was a rocket scientist)
joined Nazi party while working on his PhD

Developed the V2 - The rocket was the world's first long-range combat-ballistic missile.
Especially used on London, from '44
Development of his technology relied heavily on slave labor (Jewish exploitation)

came to America in '45 claimed to have been coerced into joining the Nazi's, became a citizen in '55

joined NASA
called the "Father of Modern Spaceflight"
worked on the Saturn V rocket which got America to the moon
